Larry has worked in the health and fitness Industry for the last quarter century and now trying to turn the “interweb” on it’s ear with creativity and digital designs. His day job is that of a teacher, nights are filled with bits and bytes of creative activity.

Not really, but he has a variety of experiences including but not limited too…
- Special education para pro at Indian Springs School District
- Owner of Espinoza Digital Desgins
- Served as the Director of Recreation Services for the Southern Region of the Jewish Community Center of Chicago at the Anita M. Stone JCC.
- Co-founded the South Suburban Basketball Academy.
- Owned and operated Health Performance Centers, Inc. – a personal fitness and group training company that specialized in designing exercise programs for elite athletes and special needs populations.
- Co-owned Performance Enhancement Products. Inc. A manufacturing company that designed and produced functional athletic equipment for sports specific and special needs training.
- Served as the Director of Education for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and was on their executive board.
- Played professional tennis (3 years), was a certified tennis teaching professional (15 years) and served as a Men’s and Women’s college tennis coach for more than 5 years.
- He penned several news paper and magazine articles on fitness and tennis. Co-wrote 4 fitness videos.
- Co-Produced an award winning cable (Cable Ace) fitness show (30 minute magazine format)
- Currently lectures on exercise programming for special needs populations across the United States and North America and is Adjunct faculty at Prairie State College.
- Does consulting and motivational speaking work for recreation and fitness start-ups.
- Holds both a Bachelors of Science Degree with a triple major (Phys Ed. Psych, and Sports Med) and a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
This will mark the 30th year that I have been involved in teaching and training weekend warriors, high performance athletes (individuals and teams), and special needs individuals to meet their health and performance goals. (Said I was old! 🙂 )
